Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
- If the product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- If you purchased the wrong size, we will replace the products with the correct size subject to a 20% re-stocking fee to cover shipping. Items being sent or brought back for exchange must be returned within 90 days of original purchase.
- Any item that has been customized (ex. embroidery, silkscreen, striping, panels, hemming below 30″ inseam, etc.) CANNOT be returned.
